Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Western Wave

Team fees are based on the total cost of ice, tournaments, equipment/apparel, coaching, and other team expenses committed to in advance. Once a player has accepted a roster spot and paid the team fee, refunds are generally not available if a player chooses to leave the team or is unable to participate for personal reasons. If a player is injured or experiences an unforeseen circumstance that prevents participation for an extended period, the team will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, if offered, will be based on expenses that have not yet been committed or paid by the team. If the team is able to fill a vacated roster spot with another player, a partial refund may be considered, less any non-refundable expenses already incurred. The team reserves the right to make exceptions when circumstances warrant.
